Tulum es muy bonito, esperamos regresar pronto.
Thanks to all the guys at City Car Rental, they treated us wonderfully. The car we rented, a VW Gol, was in excellent condition and was perfect for us to enjoy our trip at all times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car rental experience started out confusing due to there being no sign out front. I think they’re doing construction. But afterwards I had a great experience with Amador. He got me in a car as quickly as possible and even helped me extend my rental seamlessly. He was readily available to answer my questions which was amazing because it was so difficult to make phone calls with the service issues tulum had at the time of my stay. The availability and flexibility displayed at Enterprise by Amador made my Tulum stay that much better and I am so grateful. I would definitely rent from them again if/when I return to Tulum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appropriate vehicle to access this paradise can be found at National Car Rental Tulum. I highly recommend asking for Ms Angelica Montiel if you are looking for a professional attention and a friendly treatment. Angelica also shared to me very valuable information about tourist attractions that do not appear in the brochures! More exclusive, funnier, and cheaper places than those normally advertised on TripAdvisor. If I go back to Tulum someday, I'll surely lease a car again with National!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing website and customer service. I was on and off their website chat all day because it took forever to get a reply, or it would disconnect me (and my internet is fine). Why can’t the website have the pricing and the scheduling option?
I finally found out from Juvy that it’s $124 USD per day but you have to rent for a minimum of 4 days!
Why doesn’t the website say this? Hope this helps other travellers save time if you need short rentals this place doesn’t seem to offer it!
