★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a scam - go elsewhere. They charge the actual deposit (they don't block it). Then they say the'll transfer it back after 21 days. They don't. They sent me a fake email saying the money of the deposit has been wired back (check screenshot attached) but the numbers on that screenshot didn't make any sense such as the transaction date & time. I got the money back in the end through my credit card provider but yeah save yourself the hassle and don't go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have rented a car and haven't received our deposit. I am making an official complaint. My girlfriend is going back with some Mexican friends to stay there till we get our deposit back. This is a lot of money and we will not let them get away with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM!!!! we rented a car for two days in Nov. 2021 and I am still trying to fight for my money back. We agreed to the rental charge of $2,600 MN. In addition, they required $18,000 MN deposit. We assumed the deposit would not be charge, but it was. I would not recommend this company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam- Read reviews before going! Me and my two friends rented bikes and they were given to us in poor condition with extremely terrible service. My bike broke down on the way to the beach from Aldea Zama, so we walked it back 45min to the rental place. The place was closed - I think they just come in whenever they please, no official hours. The next morning we explained what happened and demanded for our money back since we didn’t get the service we paid for (working bikes). The employees said they had no control over this, so they let me speak to the owner. The owner laughed and said we shouldn’t have agreed to take the bikes in the first place. We felt scammed and take advantage of. Do not use their services, very poor management and no respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place Carlos & Jesus we're so accommodating the four wheelers we're perfect they ran good they were a great deal cheaper than everywhere in town they gave us knowledgeable instructions on how to ride them they were so helpful polite understanding I made two new friends & I cannot wait to come back & visit as well as rent from them‼️ Look no further rent from Carlos & Jesus‼️ See you soon mi amigos‼️
