Personal deficiente que carece de conocimientos, malas reparaciones, groseros, cero calidad en los trabajos que realizan.
Le doy 1 estrella porque no puedo dar una calificación negativa.
Si puedes evitar ingresar tu auto en ese lugar, estarías tomando una decisión acertada.

Poor staff lacking in knowledge, poor repairs, rude, zero quality in the work they do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En este preciso momento me encuentro en el "taller", tenía duda en el pésimo servicio y efectivamente, lo constato, te brindan información raquítica en el proceso de reparación del vehículo, te hacen solo perder el tiempo dando vueltas, argumentan con el uso de "políticas de la empresa" para deslindarse de responsabilidad en la reparación de tu vehículo, no traigan sus vehículos a este taller...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi coche esta desde el 21 de diciembre del 21 en el taller y no lo pueden terminar. Intentaron entregarmelo incompleto, pero se los regrese. Les dije donde podian conseguir las piesas y ni a asi,. No me quieren dar fecha de entrega no se quieren comprimeter, ya le ando reclamando a la aseguradora. Veo los demas comentarios y en verdad que no lo traigan aqui. No seleccionaria ninguna estrella pero este sistema me pide una de menos.
My car has been in the workshop since December 21, 21 and they can't finish it. They tried to deliver it to me incomplete, but I returned it. I told them where they could get the pieces and not at all. They don't want to give me a delivery date, they don't want to compromise, I'm already complaining to the insurer. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo lugar, fuimos por parte de HDI, tardaron un mes para la reparación, quisieron entregarlo 3 veces con pésima calidad de reparación y cada vez tenía golpes nuevos, la pintura mal aplicada las piezas mal ensambladas. Posteriormente nos dimos cuenta que las "reparaciones" que hicieron fueron solo superficiales porque aún tenía piezas dañadas internamente. La peor experiencia de servicio y sobretodo no sé como las aseguradoras te pueden mandar a este lugar.
Terrible place, we went to HDI, they took a month to repair, they wanted to deliver it 3 times with poor repair quality and each time it had new knocks, the paint was poorly applied, the parts were poorly assembled. We later found out that the "repairs" they did were only skin deep because it still had internally damaged parts. The worst service experience and above all I don't know how the insurers can send you to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevan 2 meses con mi carro y no me lo pueden entregar dicen que no le ha llegado la pieza que es el marco radiador ya que quedó inservible por qué me chocaron. Ya les envié las páginas donde publican la existencia. Espero le den seguimiento y me lo entreguen lo más pronto posible
