★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me atendió la srta. Diana y brindó una atención muy profesional, seria en el trato, concreta en los detalles, me explicó lo que consistía el servicio.
Tardaron 2 hrs más en entregar el vehículo de la hora prometida.
También ofrecieron opciones de pago y cuando la factura ya estaba generada, generaron otra sin problema para cambiar método de pago.
En general fue grata experiencia. Y si es recomendable.

I was attended by Ms. Diana and gave a very professional attention, serious in the treatment, concrete in the details, she explained what the service consisted of.
It took 2 more hours to deliver the vehicle at the promised time.
They also offered payment options and when the invoice was already generated, they generated another without problem to change the payment method.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. And if it is recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues si cumplen lo q prometen,subiré mi calificación y si no la bajaré y les contaré con lujo de detallé ,en primer lugar no te ponen el catalizador q promocionan,en segundo lugar te tardan horas y nadamás tienen tu motor prendido,la cuestión es q me dijeron q en 6 meses regresará para verificar con ellos , pero veo q se las aplican cobrándoles mucho y eso no deberían ser, por eso les digo q en 6 meses les contaré la verdad de lo q promueven en éste centro, me dicen q puedo ir a otro centro , pero sabré la verdad hasta entonces,por parte de las señoritas DAYANE y Belinda un excelente trató sin ellas talvez estaría solo este taller ,por parte del dueño de este lugar causa desconfianza ya q te dice mentiras

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen servicio al momento de llevar tu carro para el cambio de catalizador, todos muy profesionales y amables solo una comentario. NOTA: la segunda vez que vas a verificar se lo llevan y jamas te mencionan costos y en el momento q llegan te quieren cobrar dos veces más de lo que cuesta la verificación ($2000) yo se que es su trabajo pero se m hace demasiado para una verificación. Aparte se ponen muy agresivos al momento de pedir una explicación de por qué el costo.
Good service when taking your car to change the catalyst, all very professional and friendly, just one comment. NOTE: the second time you go to verify they take it away and they never mention costs and the moment they arrive they want to charge you twice more than what the verification costs ($2000) I know it is their job but it takes too much for me a check. Besides they get very aggressive when asking for an explanation of why the cost.
