Se adquirió el servicio con lavado de motor y se nota que no tienen la mínima idea ni experiencia en este tipo de lavado (no esperaron a que se enfriara el motor, no tienen equipo ni procedimientos adecuados para realizarlo). Además, el daño al vehículo por negligencia fue confirmado por un mecánico calificado y aún así (como gente inmadura y sin educación) no quieren hacerse responsable de los daños. EVÍTENSE UN MAL RATO Y NO VAYAN A ESTE LAVADO. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. The service was acquired with an engine wash and it shows that they do not have the slightest idea or experience in this type of wash (they did not wait for the engine to cool down, they do not have adequate equipment or procedures to do it). Also, the negligent vehicle damage was confirmed by a qualified mechanic and still (as immature and uneducated folks) they don't want to be held responsible for the damage. AVOID YOURSELF A BAD TIME AND DO NOT GO TO THIS WASH.
A	Alondra Izaguirre on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Evítense la pena de ir a este lugar. Pedi que me lavaran el coche ( paquete 4 que incluye lavado de motor) al ir por mi coche NO ENCENDIO. No me dejaron llamar a mi mecánico hasta que llego el encargado 2 horas después y sin ser mecánico metió mano en mi motor. Al final del dia no se pudo arreglar y no quisieron hacerse responsable de mi coche. Según porque es mi responsabilidad por pedir el servicio. El reporte del mecanico fue que se mojo el motor aun cuando estaba caliente y gaste 8300 pesos por arreglar algo que este lugar hizo. No tienen ni el equipo para realizar un trabajo de calidad, no tienen compresor para secar el motor y ofrecen el servicio.. NO CONFÍEN SU COCHE CON ESTA GENTE! Avoid the pain of going to this place. I asked to wash my car (package 4 that includes engine wash) when I went to get my car, IT DIDN'T START. They did not let me call my mechanic until the manager arrived 2 hours later and without being a mechanic reached into my engine. At the end of the day it couldn't be fixed and they didn't want to take responsibility for my car. Depending on why it is my responsibility to request the service. The mechanic's report was that the engine got wet even when it was hot and I spent 8,300 pesos to fix something that this place did. They don't even have the equipment to do quality work, they don't have a compressor to dry the engine and they offer the service. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE!
