Seguramente fue un accidente, pero encontré un pequeño golpe en el techo de mi coche, después de dejárselos encargado para encerado y lavado de interiores. Tengan más cuidado con los coches que les encargan. Por cierto, a pesar de haberlo entregado a las 8 a.m. para ese trabajo (que me dijeron tarda 8 horas en total -ESA INFORMACIÓN NO LA PONEN EN SUS LETREROS-), al regresar por el vehículo a las 6:30 p.m. todavía no terminaban de darle el servicio y me esperé una hora más. Si yo como cliente cumplo con entregar el coche temprano para ese tipo de servicio, lo menos que espero que lo atiendan antes que a los demás clientes. Otro detalle que deben cuidar es que SI YA ES HORA DE QUE NO DAN SERVICIO, CIERREN YA LA PUERTA, porque me tocó ver otro cliente que llegó a pedir lavado y se lo negaron por el horario, y con razón el señor se fue molesto... Lamentablemente en éste y muchos otros negocios falta una cultura de servicio al cliente, y como se trata de servicios muy demandados, no les importa hacerles perder el tiempo...

Unfortunately in this and many other businesses there is a lack of a culture of customer service, and since they are in high demand, they don't mind wasting their time ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me doblaron un conector y no se quisieron hacer responsables. No lo lavaron bien. Se le pidio al responsable en turno en 3 ocasiones y solo se rio diciendo que es de humanos equivocarse Muy mal servicio!!
