Exelente servicio de alli, 110 un lavado completo con cera, pero la verdad te lo lavan bien machin alli si sacan los tapetes y limpia, no como en otro lados que solo pasan aspiradora por encima

Antes de decir mis inconformidad les contare como sucedio el mal servicio y poco profesional el comportamiento de su encargado. El dia de hoy mando aun compañero a mandar a lavar el auto, no tardo mucho en llegar al momento que veo el vehiculo por fuera se "miraba bien" hasta que le empiezo ha encontrar algunos detalles al vehiculo de suciedad y descuido. No justifico que el auto iba sucio y hay algunas partes del vehiculo que corresponden otro tipo de servicio. Pero mi intencio era tener el vehículo (limpio) una cosa es uns msnchs y otra cosa es polvo ( el polvo y la tierra la quitas con facilidad, a lo contrario de una mancha) me llevo a mi compañero a su lavado Car Wash Rio Bravo para ver la situacion del lavado del vehiculo( me sentia inconforme con el servicio y quería solo que lo corrigieran) llego a la ventanilla me comemta la muchacha (Alejandra) busque aun muchacho de camisa, el es el encargado ( muy bien) me acerco al encargado y le comento que el carro no lo habian lavado bien ( me dice el señor el carro venia demaciado contaminado) yo le comento señor indepiendemente de eso (supongamos que tengas razon) pero donde si deviste de limpiar no lo hiciste. Me recalco que el careo venia demaciado contaminado y esa fue su justificación para no realizar correctamente su trabajo. Porque adicionalmente ( tube un dialogo algo fuerte con el) que los trabajadores tienen que comprar su franela ( que cuesta treinta pesos y que hay personas que no le dejan propina) eso ya es opcional la peesona considera si la persona se merece un incentivo atra vez de un servicio que le estan pagando por realizarlo, ahora como yo le comente a el ( ami nome interesa si el tiene que comprar la franela o no ya es opción del trabajador si quiere seguir elaborando con ustedes ( pero yo te estoy pagando por un servicio) nome estas haciendo un favor, peeo te dare un consejo es poco profesional y etico lo que estas haciendo( puedes resolver de una mejor manera las cosas en vez de ponerte al tu por tu conmigo y alegar que lo que te estoy pagando no (abarca para dejarne el auto limpio) entonces cuando un auto entre a tu establecimiento te sugiero que pongas un letrero expecificando que tioo de limpieza le das alos autos y que es lo que limpian. Y cuanto es el costo por dicho servicio, en eso dice un trabajador.. Se hubiera ido al river compa.. Mejor dejo las cosas asi y ya no vuelvo a ir a su negocio me lleve un mal servicio y un mal comportamiento del encargado. Para esto tengo fotos del servicio que me dieron. Fue mi primera vez que asisti pero ya no vuelvo air, y obviamente no los recomiendo. Adicional me dijo que pagara $30.00 pesos mas para volverlo a limpiar bien... Y nose quien en que estube pensando pero estube de acuerdo y fui los pague y al final fue lo mismo
