Desde que entras te atienden como si estuvieran cansada la señorita de la caja.
En el pasillo para mojar el carro y poner shampoo te dan indicaciones desesperado y te piden propina en un bote.
En el secado del vehículo más me tarde en bajar que ellos en decir ya esta listo.
El carro tenía muchos detalles sucios tanto en puertas como en interiores, el tablero lo dejaron lleno de tierra, las orillas de los vidrios también, la alfombra del carro debajo de los asientos delanteros sin aspirar todavía tiene restos de hojas de árbol que no limpiaron, y si les pides el trapo para limpiarlo se enojan diciendo "el trapo está limpio" ?♂️
Te dicen que si gustas dar un extra, pero eso si su speach de despedida "vuelva pronto con gusto lo atendemos" hasta parece una burla de su mal trabajo que hacen.
Y la señorita del área de espera no deja de ver su celular.
Total que las oportunidades de dar un buen servicio simplemente no les importa porque no hay quien supervise y organice la orquesta.
Terrible service from the staff
From the moment you enter they treat you as if the lady at the box were tired.
In the corridor to wet the car and put shampoo they give you desperate directions and ask you for a tip in a boat.

The car had a lot of dirty details on both doors and interiors, the dash was left full of dirt, the edges of the windows too, the car carpet under the front seats without vacuuming still has remains of tree leaves that were not cleaned, and if you ask them for the cloth to clean it, they get angry saying "the cloth is clean" ?♂️
They tell you that if you like to give an extra, but that if their farewell speach "come back soon we will gladly serve you" it even seems a mockery of their bad work that they do.
And the lady in the waiting area can't stop looking at her cell phone.
Overall, the opportunities to provide good service simply do not matter because there is no one to supervise and organize the orchestra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, hora y media para lavar (solo por fuera) 8 carros, los trabajadores súper lentos, todos en el celular, parece que te hacen un favor al venir.
