★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voy a compartirles mi experiencia paisanos venezolanos y amigos mexicanos.. fui hace menos d 1 año a este lugar ,muy emocionada porq llevaba a probar a mi esposo q es de aqui de puebla y a mi hija ,la comida de mi tierra Venezuela,pues llegamos y las arepas bien,un poco deshabridas,pero el gran problema ocurrio fue cuando mi esposo termino su arepa y empezo su cachapa,el hacia gestos y sonidos de q estaba buenísima,a lo q yo empeze a comer mi cachapa,casi m voy en vomito en la mesa!!! la masa ácida y piche,(podrida)ya saben paisanos asi como cuando se fermenta y daña la masa de cachapas,pues bueno m enoje mucho porq el pobre d mi esposo no sabia a q sabe una cachapa obviamente, y el pobre claro m imagino q no queria decirme q sabia a rayos,tanto q ya no comió mas ,hasta q probé la mia,para no hacerles el cuento largo,llame a la.mesera y le exigi q le dijera al chef q probara la masa d las cachapas y en efecto mando a decir con ella ,(porq el no salio) q si tenía razon,q disculpara y sin mas ni menos nos cobraron todo claro menos las cachapas,pero hasta la frescolitas las cobraron !! Nada de reivindicarse con el cliente por el mal rato, y sin contar el dolor d estomago de mi esposo! En mi vida volvería a este lugar,y no se dejen llevar por las zonas,como este lugar q esta en una de las mejores de Puebla " Sonata ",he comido en mejores lugares de comida venezolana y colombiana que estan en zona mas populares aqui en Puebla que woao q exquisitez de calidad de comida.. no tiene nombre servir una cachapa podrida nunca m habia pasado nada igual en mis 35años de vida..
I will share my experience Venezuelan countrymen and Mexican friends .. I was less than 1 year ago to this place, very excited because I was trying to prove my husband is from here of Puebla and my daughter, the food of my land Venezuela, we arrived and the arepas well, a bit unhappy, but the big problem occurred was when my husband finished his arepa and started his cachapa, he made gestures and sounds that was very good q, I started to eat my cachapa, I almost go I throw up at the table !!! the acid mass and piche, (rotten) already know countrymen as well as when it ferments and damages the mass of cachapas, well I m angry a lot because poor d my husband did not know aq knows a cachapa obviously, and the poor clear m imagine that I did not want to tell me that I knew how to eat, so I did not eat more, until I tried mine, so as not to tell them a long story, I called the baker and asked her to tell the chef to taste the dough and the cachapas. effect command to say with her, (porq he did not leave) q if he was right, q apologize and without more or less charged us all clear except the cachapas, but until the frescolitas charged them !! Nothing to vindicate with the client for the bad time, and without counting the pain d stomach of my husband! In my life I would go back to this place, and not be carried away by the areas, like this place that is in one of the best of Puebla "Sonata", I have eaten in better places of Venezuelan and Colombian food that are in the most popular zone here in Puebla that woao q exquisitez of quality of food .. has no name to serve a rotten cachapa I have never had anything like it in my 35years of life ..

I loved this place, something like that was missing in Puebla! It is also a concept that anyone likes, I am Venezuelan, I took a Mexican and a Nicaraguan friend and they were both fascinated.
