★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for some nights and tremendously located for exploring Mérida centrum. For a longer stay the rooms would be a little small and the next room mates a little too loud.
The service personal has to be separately rated with 5+ stars! Never expirienced such kindness and helpfulness before.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were walking bye and my wife was worried that my son had missed his flight from San Diego to Merida. She wanted somewhere quite so she could try and call him. I said, let's go in here. What a great decision!!! Caracol Púrpura is not just a artisans store. But a Cafe, art gallery with beautiful paintings and mural, and top of the line handicrafts from all over Mexico ?? The owners daughter was very nice and let us browse and take fotos of the place .My son made it,no problem. And the stop in Caracol was the best decision of the day.!! We also bought a few items there. Muchas Gracias!!!
