F	Francisco Salcido on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular, bebidas solo cerveza de cortesía y solo tres por invitado, licores con cargo, botana muy raquítica, una sola persona en recepción y otra en cocina y bar, muy chico el lugar y OJO, está antes de los filtros en segundo piso subiendo las escaleras a la derecha, tuve que salirme del filtro, no está marcado, la del bar no muy amistosa, pero NTP, no lo tomes personal, así es la cultura por estos lares de la mayoría sin hacer un juicio. Buena suerte y buen viaje! Regular, drinks only courtesy beer and only three per guest, liquor with charge, very meager snacks, only one person at reception and another in the kitchen and bar, the place is very small and BEWARE, it is before the filters on the second floor going up the stairs to the right, I had to get out of the filter, it is not marked, the one at the bar not very friendly, but NTP, do not take it personally, that is the culture in these parts of the majority without making a judgment. D	D N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No me había tocado gente tan atenta en un VIP, formidable servicio e instalaciones pequeñas y muy limpias. Subiendo las escaleras a mano derecha al fondo. I had never seen such attentive people in a VIP, great service and small and very clean facilities. Up the stairs on the right hand side at the bottom.

M	Magee Clegg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. We arrive and no one was at the front desk to check us in. I then walk into the lounge area asking for someone to check me in - they then tell me to wait at the desk and then arrive 5 minutes later. After they check me in I then start walking into the lounge. The lady informs me that I am not allowed into the lounge because it is full (there were 2 people there when I walked in earlier) and tells me to sit in the waiting area that is not air conditioned. I then ask if we can get access to drinks, she says yes then disappears into the lounge. We then left - confused, none of this made sense - terrible place, just go to the airport seating and enjoy the stores there - it’s a lot better. The staff is a joke and whoever is managing this place needs to be replaced.
