★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointing, dirty teapot, broken cup. Asked for the Anichai, couldn’t taste any of the ingredients which it was supposed to have such as cloves, cardamom, maybe just my tastebuds or maybe subtle flavours, tasted like PG tips which had been left in for too long. Both mine and my parter’s tea was lukewarm.
Charging prices because of their location not because of the standard of tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service. Tea was not properly brewed. Apple pie was the saddest I’ve ever had. The only sort of positive was sitting outside people watching on a busy corner.
This place might be a good source of tea for home. On premise experience is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outdoor seats are amazing to get a glimpse of city life. That's a good and a bad thing. Culturally good, but it also means that every now and then someone random is going to approach you to ask you for money. Either cleaning your shoes, selling candy or plainly and simply asking for money.
I'm gonna try again indoors next time.

The menu is very informative if you are not familiar with tea. However I as frequent tea drinker didn’t find the taste I was expecting in my tea
