COMENTARIOS ADICIONALES DESPUÉS DE LA RESPUESTA DEL NEGOCIO: No sólo me dejaron esperando afuera sin ninguna explicación por más de 10 minutos, tampoco tenían el trabajo completo cuando me habían dicho que lo tendrían varios días antes. Una atención verdaderamente adecuada debería tener en cuenta no sólo al cliente que está adentro, sino al que ustedes ya saben que los está esperando afuera y que merece una explicación de su tardanza. Por otro lado, tampoco hubo ninguna disculpa por no tener el trabajo completo, sino la pregunta de cuánto había pagado yo. Es evidente que ustedes sabían que algo habían hecho mal cuando hicieron tal pregunta. Una disculpa por explayarme, pero su respuesta a mi primer reseña hace evidentes de nuevo sus problemas de atención al cliente.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Excellent quality of work. Terrible customer service. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS AFTER BUSINESS RESPONSE: Not only did they leave me waiting outside without explanation for more than 10 minutes, they also didn't have the full job when they told me they would have it several days before. A truly adequate service should take into account not only the customer who is inside, but the one who you already know is waiting for you outside and who deserves an explanation for their delay. On the other hand, there was also no apology for not having the job complete, but rather the question of how much I had paid. It is evident that you knew that you had done something wrong when you asked such a question. An apology for elaborating, but your response to my first review makes your customer service issues evident again.
