V	Vicent Giménez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena, el servicio es atento aunque algo desorganizado a la hora de servir lo ordenado. La carne muy bien preparada y sabrosa (yo pedí rib eye). Lo dejo en tres estrellas porque la música es insufrible, no se puede mantener una conversación normal. Tras solicitar varias veces que bajasen el nivel, nos dicen que es decisión de la propiedad y que no pueden hacer nada. Una lástima, ya que eso lo convierte en un establecimiento más de la 5a avenida con la música estridente, un estándar para turistas, en lugar de un restaurante al que ir por su comida y su servicio. The service is good, the service is attentive although somewhat disorganized when serving as ordered. The meat very well prepared and tasty (I ordered rib eye). I leave it in three stars because the music is insufferable, you cannot have a normal conversation. After requesting several times to lower the level, they tell us that it is the decision of the property and that they cannot do anything. A pity, since that makes it an establishment on 5th Avenue with loud music, a standard for tourists, instead of a restaurant to go for food and service.

R	Richard Bickell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hey Rodrigo, this place is a cruel joke after the Sur. the service was so bad it took35 minutes to get a martini and another25 minutes to pay for it! the little boys that are supposed to be waiters are clueless and no one is in charge. i did not eat because the service was so slow, I left. PITIFUL!
T	Tina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just the worst pizza I ate in my entire life. I wasn’t even able to eat more than two slices. We complaint and after few minutes the responsible chef came and I tried to explain the taste of the pizza (salty, acidic, I didn’t knew how to describe it properly as neither English nor Spanish is my mother tongue) and he responded in a completely arrogant manner that it was me who put salt on the pizza. Really unpleasant experience. I wouldn’t recommend to eat there at all!

We randomly picked Carbon because we saw the BBQ and we were both so so hungry. It was a very pleasant surprise, the flank steak was a favourite. Spent 5 days in Playa del Carmen and came back there three times. The tuna tartare was also very tasty. This place is extremely underrated.
