La carne estaba totalmente cruda, la pedí 3/4, la regresaron 20 minutos después y estaba apenas termino medio. El otro corte (entraña) estaba demasiado hecho. Los postres muy buenos. The Hostes didn't want to put me on the list because it was full and I already had 3 tables waiting. The meat was totally raw, I ordered 3/4, they came back 20 minutes later and it was barely half finished. The other cut (innards) was too done. Very good desserts.

Pedí una carne termino 3/4 y llegó rojo inglés. Pedí una jarra de vino y los meseros se la pasan apurándote para que la consumas o si ven que no hay nada en la mesa te preguntan si se ofrece algo más de manera frecuente, lo cual me parece es una estrategia de comes y te vas. Solicité parmesano para mí pasta y jamás llegó. A diferencia del sushi tai, no puedes entrar con bebidas pero te las guardan. Por cierto la opción de open table no respetó mi reserva.
