★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas y las áreas comunes son bonitas, pero, las casas no tienen cimientos y el precio es muy elevado para una casa que no cuenta con esto. Los residentes reportan que muchas de las paredes de sus casas tienen cuarteaduras, por lo cual la compañía constructora tiene que hacer las reparaciones pertinentes.
 The houses and common areas are nice, but the houses do not have a foundation and the price is very high for a house that does not have this. Residents report that many of the walls of their houses have cracks, for which the construction company has to make the necessary repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad que es uno de los pocos residenciales donde se pueda vivir con tranquilidad y seguridad. Las casas son muy amplias y la vista qué hay en el lugar es espectacular. Cabe mencionar que la calidad con las que están construidas estas casas supera a cualquier constructora en la ciudad de Hermosillo. Invertir en este residencial creo que es una plusvalía mayor para futuro.
The truth that it is one of the few residential where you can live with tranquility and security. The houses are very spacious and the view of the place is spectacular. It is worth mentioning that the quality with which these houses are built surpasses any builder in the city of Hermosillo. A friend recommended Cárdeno Trails to me for a walk with family or friends and I loved it. The best of all was the view of the city from above!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay otro lugar como Cárdeno. Casas bien hechas, espacios con juegos para los niños y un trail para caminar al aire libre son de mis cosas favoritas, además de que se vive muy tranquilo.
There is no other place like Cárdeno. Well-made houses, spaces with games for children and a trail to walk in the open air are some of my favorite things, in addition to the fact that it is very quiet.
