★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me decepciono fui a buena hora para probar sus diferentes panes, galletas y café pero no tenían nada esperé 2 horas pero nunca tuvieron nada para vender además los pasteles de muestra estaban llenos de polvo la antencion al cliente mala.
I was disappointed I went to good time to try their different breads, cookies and coffee but they had nothing I waited 2 hours but they never had anything to sell besides the sample cakes were full of dust the attention to the bad customer.

Si no eres cocinero o chef, el curso está lleno de experiencias gratas.
En este curso te puedes dar una idea de cómo elabora los productos que vende.
Es muy paciente, te lleva de la mano te contesta todas tus preguntas o dudas y te inspira a querer aprender más de panadería.
La única desventaja que veo es el espacio reducido, pero que sin embargo es justo lo qué hace el curso más ameno con pocos participantes.

Recomiendo ampliamente el pan de muerto rosa sabor a guayaba.
