★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On a chilly morning, this coffe shop is warm and cozy feeling and they have the best cortado in Mexico City. Staff is always friendly and smiling.

You'll get the usual assortment of coffee here. The kicker is, it's roughly the equivalent of going to a cafe in Italy - The coffee is uniformly good, and the ambience is somewhat generic.
That's ok though, the point here is that the coffee is exactly that good - when you want a coffee/espresso/whatever, come by, get one, enjoy, and leave.
Or, OTOH, hang out. Up to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small and thus silent and cozy. The coffee was great tbh. Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but seemed ok. It's a pet friendly cafe, which is nice.
Overall it's good, not really outstanding cafe compared to the zone, but a good option to give a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the few spots in the city operating La Marzocco espresso machine, so expect amazing coffee. You must taste their Flat White. Baristas are young and kind, I would say slightly unaware of the kind of machine they are using. Food choices are limited but tasty, very relaxed ambiance and authentic decor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite place for an espresso in all of CDMX. Friendly staff, chill atmosphere, and a nice location in La Condesa.
All that stuff is good, but most importantly the espresso here is phenomenal. Cortado, too. Put it on your MEXICO City Checklist.
