★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo 2 meses de asistir a este lugar y me encanta, el ambiente es muy bueno la clases son un poco pesadas pero solo es cosa de agarrar condición me gusta porque la instructora te ayuda hasta que te salgan los movimientos y te orienta para hacerlos correctamente. Los horarios son de 9 a 10am y en la tarde de 7 a 8 pm y además los días lunes y miércoles de 6 a 7 pm hay clases de twerk el costo de cardio es de $ 25 y de twerk de $35
I have 2 months of attending this place and I love it, the atmosphere is very good the classes are a bit heavy but it is only a matter of grabbing condition I like because the instructor helps you until the movements come out and guides you to do them correctly. The hours are from 9 to 10am and in the afternoon from 7 to 8 pm and also on Monday and Wednesday from 6 to 7 pm there are twerk classes the cost of cardio is $ 25 and twerk of $ 35
