C	Carlos Eli Escobar Ruiz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala comunicación entre los empleados, no los veo como expertos, no prueban correctamente los equipos para verificar que funcione bien su trabajo, lleve mi compu para cambio de tarjeta madre, pero no me lo entregaron bien, ya que no funcionaba con el cargador que debía funcionar (una magsafe2), decían que el problema era mi cargador, que era genérico (cosa que no es cierta, le mande hasta la factura) y muchos pretextos más, me tuve que poner de exigente con ellos para que se hicieran responsable del error que tenía mi computadora, y probaran correctamente el equipo y los cargadores, ya que estaban probando con modelos diferentes de cargadores y le hechaban la culpa a mi cargador, perdí 3 meses en la reparación y al final asumieron su error y me corrigieron la computadora, perdieron el adaptador de mi cargador y le pusieron otra, pero bueno, al final se hicieron responsables. No los recomiendo por los corajes que me hicieron pasar y el tiempo perdido y sin mi computadora, tuve que comprar otra por el retraso. Fui por un cambio de pantalla, no la pegaron bien, en el momento mostré al técnico que estaba levantada y me dijo que regrese "mañana" que porque se acaba de pegar no se podía despegar, regrese al dia siguiente y tampoco la pegaron bien pero mínimo ya esta mejor pegada aunque el touch tuvo un fallo, se alentó al escribir. Admito que tienen buena atención al cliente, rapidez, limpieza en sus trabajos, pero no les gusta atender garantías!! No regrese a que reparen este problema "porque vi su actitud al ir por la primera garantía" además de no tener tiempo de ir, ya que vivo en progreso y no tengo tanto tiempo de ir y esperar la garantía. ESPERO ARREGLEN ESE PROBLEMA! Mas atención en sus trabajos. BAD SERVICE!
