Excelente atención y asesoría tanto en sucursal como por WhatsApp. Ya he reparado un par de celulares con CARE; definitivamente, es el mejor lugar en Mérida para dejar tu celular como nuevo.

Muy buena atención. Aún no he contratado algún servicio pero la impresión es buena. Están atentos a mis necesidades y eso me da confianza. Un servicio muy profesional habla bien de la empresa.

¿Sabían que un empleado (me imagino porque salió con su uniforme a ver si no la habían golpeado) ocupa el único lugar de estacionamiento que tienen enfrente con su moto? Creo que es un poco inconsciente hacia los clientes. Debería estacionarla en algún lugar más lejano. Supongo que es estacionamiento para visitas, no para empleados.

very friendly and correct service

Nice people. Not good at their jobs. I took my water damaged samsung s7 here, they ended up tearing apart the motherboard on my phone, then they told me the problem was that I needed to replace the motherboard. When they put the phone back together, they did it with rubbish non-official adhesive and they board was mounted crooked. Turns out the motherboard wasn't the problem. I took it to a real repair company, they changed the screen, and the motherboard - which was damaged by this company - and got it working. Not happy

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my iPhone 8 Plus in to replace the screen. When they returned it to me they did not mention to me that the camera did not work now. It worked just fine before. Then they said it was because I dropped it on the corner where the camera is. Again, it worked just fine before AND they didn't mention it until I noticed!. ZERO quality control. They should have mentioned it. THEN, they told me to bring it back the next day and they could take it to the lab (because they didn't have the proper tools to fix) it and it could be fixed that day. When I went back they said it will take 2 days. NOW, I just discovered that I cannot make calls unless my phone is on speaker. What is wrong with these people? No quality control, no attention to detail, nice guys but DO NOT TAKE YOUR iPHONE HERE. Replying to the Owner here: I just told you what happened. I will never take my phone back to your store. I don't care about your "guarantee", you have already proven to be bad service. AGAIN, I recommend that no one uses your services for an iPhone. It's a joke. I will take my iPhone to a real Apple store. You are probably illegally using their logo anyway. UPDATE: I' back in the US at a real store. They just notified me that the clowns at CARE damaged my motherboard. AGAIN- DO NOT GO HERE!

Terrible terrible terrible. I was sold fake and defective Samsung parts. Luckily I got ahead of the scam and changed my fake battery myself with a Samsung battery. The fake battery has been sitting on a shelf and it has swollen to 3x it's original size. Using the timestamp on the fake battery means the battery is less than 4 months old. Has the CARE symbol on it so somebody approved a bomb to be put into my phone. Wasted time, money and had to save myself. Ended up being half the cost with Samsung OEM parts, including the back cover. I would avoid this place at all costs if you value your electronics. ???

I came here about 2 days ago with a phone that could not output audio through the USB C port. The gentleman assisted me, gave me very good honest advice (which they could have certainly profited from but did not!) and even cleaned the port thoroughly for me. When I offered to pay something, he declined. Turns out, this cleaning fixed the problem. I don't need their services right now but strongly recommend this business as this very professional and kind gentleman displayed CARE (haha) over greed for profit :) A++++
