Me tardé más de dos años en hacer esta reseña pero siento que vale la pena avisar a los demás sobre las experiencias que tenemos con los negocios y creo que google maps es un buen canal para hacerlo así que aquí va lo que yo pasé en este establecimiento.
A principios del 2018 me recomendaron este lugar, en ese momento estaba muy entusiasmada por iniciar mi negocio, llevé dos diseños para pines pero fue un gran error llegar ahí, si bien siempre fueron cordiales los productos que entregan están mal hechos, muy mal hechos, de mis pines un diseño era base plateada y un color ,el otro era base dorada y tres colores, el día que los recogí los vi rápido pero al llegar a casa me di cuenta que unos estaban mal pintados así que mandé correo (quiero aclarar que nunca fueron groseros a diferencia de Zakwell, así si me trataron mal) me ofrecieron pintarlos bien yo los dejé pero para mi sorpresa el color lo pintaron encima del mal hecho y se veían terribles, fui de nuevo, amables me dijeron que lo iban a corregir solo que al recogerlos eran los mismos, tuve tanto coraje que ya no regresé porque lo sentí como una burla, como si no me fuera yo a dar cuenta que en las orillas estaba el color anterior. De los otros pines con un color varios me fueron entregados con burbujas y manchados, opté por no regresar, al final pues una clienta y la recomendación la perdieron yo cada que puedo cuento mi experiencia sobre este lugar, no lo recomiendo para nada. Aquí dejo algunas de mis fotos, los pines son gruesos y sé que no parece mala calidad pero no creo que sea correcto que de 100 que se manden a hacer 30 los entreguen mal porque al final qué haces con ellos? es dinero y tiempo perdido.
Adjunto mis fotos con algunas evidencias, desafortunadamente del zapato no tengo como quedaron con las orillas blancas pero encontré una de como me los dieron la primera vez.

It took me more than two years to do this review but I feel it is worth letting others know about the experiences we have with businesses and I think that google maps is a good channel to do it so here is what I spent in this establishment .
At the beginning of 2018 this place was recommended to me, at that time I was very excited to start my business, I took two designs for pins but it was a big mistake to get there, although they were always cordial the products they deliver are poorly made, very poorly made, of my pins one design was silver base and one color, the other was gold base and three colors, the day I picked them up I saw them quickly but when I got home I realized that some were badly painted so I sent mail (I want to clarify that they were never rude unlike Zakwell, so if they treated me badly) they offered to paint them well I left them but to my surprise they painted the color on top of the badly done one and they looked terrible, I went again, they kindly told me they were going to correct it only that when I picked them up they were the same, I was so angry that I didn't go back because I felt it was a mockery, as if I wasn't going to realize that the previous color was on the edges. Of the other pins with a different color, they were given to me with bubbles and stained, I chose not to return, in the end because a client lost the recommendation and I tell my experience about this place every time I can, I do not recommend it at all. Here I leave some of my photos, the pins are thick and I know it doesn't seem like poor quality but I don't think it's correct that out of 100 that are sent to be made, 30 are delivered badly because in the end what do you do with them? It's money and time wasted.
I attach my photos with some evidence, unfortunately I don't have how the shoe turned out with the white edges but I found one of how they gave it to me the first time.
