★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would lying if I said there were no set backs, frustrations or worries along the whole process. However, this agency always went above and beyond the agreement to help out. I really appreciate the good service and support Tatiana provided to us. From the very beginning we asked a break down of all the costs and fair estimates of all possible expenses. We were given fair estimates and clear costs expectations. It was a lot of communication along the way, and yes, sometimes frustrations because we wanted the process to go faster. The final result was all worthed! We have a healthy and wonderful boy, the rest were just details. :-)
