Contacté con la estética por instagram y fueron muy amables. Me ofrecieron valorar mi cabello para ver si podía hacerme un rubio y me presenté para la prueba del mechón a las 18:00 (cierran a las 20:00) y la estilista de cabello corto me insistia en hacerme todo el procedimiento cuando decía que duraba mínimo 4 h. Después de ver que el mechón salió bien, le dije que me podía hacer el trabajo al día siguiente, con mas tiempo y me dijo que sí. Ese día era hoy y me presenté y resulta que jamás me agendó y que no me podía atender (llegué a las 16:00) que porque el procedimiento tardaba 5h y me molesté porque el día anterior ella me quería forzar a hacerlo en 2 h!
No me atendieron y la estilista nunca me dio la cara. Mandó a su compañera a a decir que no tenia cita y que me presentara otro día.
Pude haber sido clienta pero que pésima actitud de la estilista y de no aceptar que olvidó agendarme cuando ya habíamos quedado.

I contacted the aesthetics on instagram and they were very nice. They offered me to assess my hair to see if I could get a blonde and I showed up for the strand test at 6:00 p.m. (they close at 8:00 p.m.) and the short hair stylist insisted on doing the whole procedure when she said it lasted minimum 4 h. After seeing that the strand turned out well, I told him that I could do the job the next day, with more time, and he said yes. That day was today and I presented myself and it turns out that she never scheduled me and that she could not attend me (I arrived at 4:00 p.m.) because the procedure took 5 hours and I was upset because the day before she wanted to force me to do it in 2 hours!
I was not treated and the stylist never gave me her face. He sent his partner to say that he did not have an appointment and to introduce me another day.
I could have been a customer but what a terrible attitude from the stylist and not accepting that she forgot to book me when we had already arranged to meet.
