★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh my! These casitas are so sweet and if I could I would give them 20 stars! The owners are so kind and they take such great care of their casita! The management company and Fatima the house cleaner round out their team! Been going there for 6 or so years!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming here for a very long time. Fabulous is an understatement to describe this place and the owners. It would be a huge mistake to stay elsewhere while you are in Isla Mujeres. I recommend paying for the upstairs condo, they views from the balconies are spectacular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The appartment Sonrisa (it's two - Sonrisa at the ground floor and one on the first floor) is amazing:
- Good and central location
- Well furnished
- A complete kitchen to use
- Small pool for some drinks with sea view
- Nice bed view especially for sunrise. Make sure you leave the curtains once open to be awake by the sunrays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay here whenever we can. They are often booked a year in advance. It is a waterfront property and the sound of the surf lulls you to sleep each night. Clean and colorful.
