Mucho cuidado con esta empresa!! Nos atendió Arturo, contratamos tour y llegando a la cita de las 8:00 am nos escribe diciendo que se cancela por qué capitanía cerró el puerto. Hablamos con capitanía y no habían cerrado ningún puerto. Siguió mintiendo y nunca regresó el dinero.

진짜 플라야 델 카르멘 가시면 이 투어사 절대로 이용하지 마세요 부탁드립니다. 작년 12월 23일에 코즈멜 섬에서 진행되는 스노쿨링 투어를 위해 카드로 약 9만원을 결제했습니다. 투어는 폭우로 인해 취소되었고 직원은 환불을 약속했지만 두달이 지난 지금까지 환불을 받지 못했습니다. 지난 두달간 왓츠앱으로 직원과 지속적인 대화를 나누었으나, 직원은 그저 무책임한 태도로 일관했습니다. 투어사에 방문했을때 술냄새 풀풀 풍길때부터 알아봤었어야 됐는데...정말 제발 이 곳만은!! 이용하지 마세요!! 플라야 델 카르멘에 다른 투어사들 엄청 많습니다

Bitte bucht NICHT bei Caribbean Tours, sie sind komplett unseriös!! Ich habe am 23. Dezember 2019 eine Schnorcheltour für 1500 Pesos oder umgerechnet 70 Euro bei dieser Reiseagentur gebucht, die dann wegen Starkregen abgesagt wurde. Im Büro von Caribbean Tours wurde mir versichert, dass ich das Geld selbstverständlich zurückerstattet bekommen würde. Dasselbe wurde mir jedes Mal gesagt, wenn ich sie über WhatsApp aufforderte, mir das Geld zu überweisen. Zuerst haben sie behauptet, man könnte das Geld nicht so einfach von der mexikanischen Bank nach Deutschland überweisen (und nach Südkorea auch nicht; ich hatte die Reise mit einer koreanischen Freundin gebucht), was sich dann aber nach einiger Recherche als falsch herausgestellt hat. Sowohl ich als auch meine Freundin bitten Caribbean Tours mittlerweile wöchentlich, uns doch bitte das Geld zu überweisen. Immer dieselbe Antwort: Sie werden das Geld selbstverständlich überweisen und wir müssen uns gar keine Gedanken machen. Das geht jetzt seit über zwei Monaten so. Wenn ihr bei Caribbean Tours bucht, hofft lieber, dass eure Tour nicht abgesagt wird, weil ihr in diesem Fall euer Geld vermutlich nie wiedersehen werdet.

No contratar tour con estas personas de playa del Carmen, te engañan, una vez pagas la reserva se olvidan de ti. Te venden excursiones sin saber a donde te llevan .. pésimo servicio Todo lo que te cuentan de la excursión es mentira y luego se ríen de ti al reclamar .. mi experiencia fue con un tour a Cozumel , te dicen que dura 3 horas y dura 8 horas pagas por la comida y no te la dan.. te incluye “bebidas” pero solo en una franja de una hora .. terrible

‼️Caribbean Tours is not trustworthy at all‼️ If you care about your money, never use this tour company. Please. I booked a snorkeling tour on Cozumel Island with this company on December 23, 2019. I paid about 1500 pesos or 75 dollars on credit card for it. After it got cancelled because of heavy rain, Caribbean Tours assured me that they would refund the money when I visited them in their office and later every time I asked them over whatsapp. I have reminded them countless times, talked to my bank to make sure that there is no problem with the bank to bank transfer as the company claimed there was, and still nothing. Two months later they are still telling me that it's not a problem and that they will transfer the money every time I ask them to but I'm still waiting. If you book a tour with them, better hope that it doesn't get cancelled because you will NEVER see your money again.

Don't book with them. We bought a scuba session for the next hour, and went immediately to take a boat to the island and waited for half an hour but no more tickets left. Wasn't our fault and the guy refused to give us a full refund. We asked to do it the next day but they didn't do the session because there were not enough people.

Horrible experince. Agustin the owners son help us in getting a tour in cozumel Not worth it at all.He is so good at talking and selling you the best experience but he is full of bullsh*t and lies. Please dont trust this company! They only like to take advantage of plp and rip them off. Thats what happend to us but most importantly what hurts me the most is that I promisee my 6yr old daughter her best vacation ever and im taking her back with the worse experience ever after she was smashed against the boat by the boat crew and my 4yrl almost drowned. :( but I guess you live and you learn I wish I could have read the reviews first. I reachesd out to Agustin after the tour he didn't even apologize and tried selling me another tour instead.. this guy seriously! Please be careful and go with your gut feeling .
