Nosotros estuvimos mas de un año, solicitando, insistiendo y acudiendo en espera de nuestras fotos y ellos siempre con pretextos, de que tenían mucho trabajo, etc....NO te lo recomiendo, pues tienes que estar llamando y acudiendo muchas veces para que te entreguen las fotos y cumplan lo contratado, no están bien organizados pues entre ellos se pasan la irresponsabilidad unos a otros....y Lupita, la persona que te atiende, te miente y ademas hasta parece burla, porque cuando se supone que, por fin, después de mas de un año, ella ya tenia mis pruebas y mi cd en sus manos, al momento de recogerlos, se tardó porque no tenía listo el disco y después de unos minutos nos entregó uno, hasta con nuestro nombre y los datos del evento escritos con marcador en la portada y para nuestra sorpresa, al llegar a casa, nos dimos cuenta de que no tenía nada grabado...el cd era totalmente virgen...¡¡¡QUE CORAJE!!!....cabe mencionar que mi evento fué un domingo y tuve que tomar las fotos un día antes, el sábado, para acoplarme a ellos, pues no trabajan los domingos.... yo cumplí con mis pagos a tiempo, liquide mi paquete antes de la sesión y hasta moví mis pendientes y citas, que uds. saben tenemos antes de un evento importante y luego para que nos salgan con esto, lastima, con estudio Cariño Herrera muy mala experiencia, por el pésimo servicio y mala atención de su personal de recepción!! ATTENTION with Estudio Cariño Herrera .... Be very careful !!! Normally, I don't like to badly classify any business, but oh my! WHAT A COURAGE !!! ... It should be mentioned that my event was on a Sunday and I had to take the photos one day. I went before, on Saturday, to join them, because they do not work on Sundays .... I made my payments on time, settled my package before the session and even moved my earrings and appointments, which you. You know we have before an important event and then to get us out of this, pity, with study Cariño Herrera very bad experience, for the lousy service and poor attention of your reception staff !!
