★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hacen válidas las promociones, pésimo servicio, tarda como si estuvieras en restaurante, las papas la tercera parte están quemadas, si pides salsas adicionales te las niegan hasta que pones cara. El refresco de refill sin sabor, la hamburguesa teriyaki, prácticamente no tenía salsa teriyaki (no sabía). No suelo dar malas críticas pero esto estuvo redondo.
 The promotions are not valid, terrible service, it takes as if you were in a restaurant, the potatoes a third are burned, if you ask for additional sauces they deny them until you put on a face. The flavorless refill soda, the teriyaki burger, had virtually no teriyaki sauce (didn't taste). I do not usually give bad reviews but this was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para el antojo de una hamburguesa de verdad... este es el mejor lugar!!! Puedes escoger tipo de pan, libras de carne y papas waffle, francesas o unas especiales. Te recomiendo la Western Bacon, tiene todo lo bueno de la vida: tocino, bbq y aros de cebolla ?
For the craving for a real hamburger... this is the best place!!! You can choose the type of bread, pounds of meat and waffle, French or special potatoes. I recommend the Western Bacon, it has everything good in life: bacon, bbq and onion rings ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio al cliente, abren hasta las 11:15 siendo qué según abren a las 11 am, se equivocan al momento de entregar un simple pedido, deberían de capacitar mejor al personal para brindar el servicio que caracteriza a Carls Jr.
Terrible customer service, they open until 11:15 and according to they open at 11 am, they make a mistake when delivering a simple order, they should better train the staff to provide the service that characterizes Carls Jr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comer una hamburguesa, ingredientes frescos y bien servidos. Usualmente tienen promociones para que pruebes la hamburguesa con queso que es estandarte de Carl's Jr "famous star", las papas calientes y crujientes.
El personal es amable pero muy lento, tanto para tomar la orden como para entregar completa, sin embargo, se esfuerzan por brindar buen servicio y amablemente dan aquello que se solicita en condimentos.
Les podría recomendar pedir Honey mustard.
El lugar es limpio en general, las mesas que están en el patio de comida se limpian y desinfectan constantemente.
Entre las opciones de comida rápida dentro de patio Santa Fe, este es el mejor lugar por sus precios y productos, a mi punto de vista.
Good place to eat a hamburger, fresh ingredients and well served. They usually have promotions for you to try the Carl's Jr "famous star" cheeseburger, the hot and crispy fries.
The staff is friendly but very slow, both to take the order and to deliver it completely, however, they make an effort to provide good service and kindly provide whatever is requested in terms of condiments.
I could recommend ordering Honey mustard.
The place is clean in general, the tables that are in the food court are constantly cleaned and sanitized.
Among the fast food options inside Patio Santa Fe, this is the best place for its prices and products, in my opinion.
