En una de esas órdenes, pedí una Western Beacon, y hasta que realicé el pago me informaron que no contaban con tocino, cuando es el segundo ingrediente esencial de esa hamburguesa. La comida es buena, pero mi experiencia con el servicio ha sido muy mala. There are three visits in which the delivery time of my order is 30+ min since they give priority to orders from Uber Eats and those that are to go. In one of those orders, I asked for a Western Beacon, and until I made the payment they informed me that they did not have bacon, when it is the second essential ingredient of that burger. The food is good, but my experience with the service has been very bad.

Se tardan horrores, el 31 marzo se les descompuso algún equipo... ¡y dejaron de dar servicio a algunos a las 3pm!. Catsup racionado... Me gustan mucho estas hamburguesas pero creo cambiaré de lugar. El cajero sabe atender y es eficiente, sin embargo creo son pocos empleados porque no veo que se den abasto. Terrible service. It's been 2 times that I come and both times a bitter experience. It takes horrors, on March 31 some equipment broke down... and they stopped giving service to some at 3pm! Rationed ketchup... I really like these burgers but I think I'll change places. The cashier knows how to serve and is efficient, however I think there are few employees because I don't see that they are overwhelmed.
