Good service, clean place

The hamburger is the same size as McDonald's, small, even when you ask for a Famus Star. The guy in the register taking your order, makes too many mistakes

Great and quick service to your car so you don't get into a crowded space, super kind personnel and tasty food!

This is by far the best Carl's Jr I have visited. The staff is very professional and polite. The place is huge and has a kids area, really clean overall. The meals we ordered were satisfying and what you expect from Carl's. After we got our order, the staff repeatedly came by our table to ask if everything was good, if we needed something else or offer to refill our drinks for us; top notch. At the end, the staff took away our trash and trays and said if we gave them a review they would gift us with an icecream. We accepted and they asked for our ticket and one of our cellphones to enter the page, they handle your phone while asking you the questions, after which they give you your cellphone back, take the ticket and come back with the icecream. I think they need more people taking orders, after we ordered a lot of people entered and the line was huge, only one dude taking orders. Glad we didn't have to wait. But yeah, best Carl's Jr for me so far.

Very pleasant experience. The location is huge, to include a children's playroom. The restaurant was clean, the entire staff was professional. The food was hot and my Diablo Burger was excellent. I added pineapple at the suggestion of the cashier, she was correct. This addition made my burger most flavorful.

Yeah, I was there and was able to enjoy a 3 meat burger, the "Godzilla edition", it was available because of the Godzilla vs King Kong movie ... Covid measures dictate that you must remain in your seat, no more self service for beverages or pickles.

So the service was terrible. They messed up my order also didn't put ice in my drink. I'd stay as far away from here as possible.
