★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very slow, we used the drive through and it took a while before they noticed we were there and the employee would intermittently stop replying. The food took a long time to be ready and even though we asked for bbq and ranch they didn't put them in the bag. The fries were also old and greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is quite good. But food wasn't great quality. Biscuits were not fresh and they gave me a previously open sauce bottle. I bought on drive-thru and didn't realize that until I started to eat. So it's just OK in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service and clean table, the burgers and fries are good and if you want you can upgrade your soda to a milkshake, the only downside is that the parking lot is not free but you could probably just use the drive thru.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointment.... 30 min to place an order .... 20 min more to receive the order. No air conditioning. This level of service reflects poorly on all franchise locations. Every other experience that I have had with a Carl’s Jr. in México has been great. I truly hope that I hit this site at an unusually bad day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super friendly even when you don't speak the language. Food is always fresh and tastes delicious. Restrooms are clean. Food is not pricey and can be eaten in, to go and there is even a drive through.
