★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amable el chico que atendía pero son muy pocas personas para los que estábamos formados, fue imposible que tuvieran mi paquete a tiempo antes de abordar, lo mismo le pasó a unas chicas que solamente habían pedido malteadas. Si saben que es una zona de mucha demanda deben de tener más personas para atender. Lo rico de la comida y la buena atención se pierde con estos detalles, nada que ver con la rapidez del Carls JR de Hermosillo
The guy who was attending was very kind but there are very few people for whom we were trained, it was impossible for them to have my package on time before boarding, the same thing happened to some girls who had only ordered milkshakes. If they know that it is a high demand area, they must have more people to attend. The richness of the food and the good service is lost with these details, nothing to do with the speed of the Carls JR of Hermosillo

They close before time (8:20) and do not want to attend. I will not buy there again I would never say that bad service but they do not attend

AWFUL attitude from the cashier. She was sooo aggressive to tell us that there was no service anymore. I only formed to ask. Good way to welcome us in the city ?

Las Carl’s Jr son las hamburguesas iconicas de Monterrey y quien haya venido antes a la metropoli sabe de la calidad de antaño con las que se servían en Leones o Anahuac. Ese mismo motivo nos hace elegir Carls sobre otros lugares donde comer. Perooooo estas sucursales del aeropuerto son un desastre: yo pedí la Prime Rib que se miraba suculenta e impresionante… pero oh surprise! El pan quemado, el rib eran trocitos y no un pedazo, las papas frías, la coca super dulce, y la 1/3 meat era delgadita y con sabor de carne vieja… y era Angus! La cajera muy bien y el cocinero trabajando mucho… les hace falta mas personal! Ni que decir de la filotota de 20 min, las mesas sucias y el clima calientote dentro de la terminal.
Higher price and lower quality .. Carl’s Jr's are Monterrey's iconic hamburgers and anyone who has come to the metropolis before knows the quality of yesteryear with those served in Leones or Anahuac. That same reason makes us choose Carls over other places to eat. Perooooo these airport branches are a disaster: I ordered the Prime Rib which looked succulent and impressive… but oh surprise! The burnt bread, the rib were small pieces and not a piece, the cold potatoes, the super sweet coca, and the 1/3 meat was thin and with the flavor of old meat… and it was Angus! The cashier very well and the cook working hard… they need more staff! Needless to say, the 20 min filotota, the dirty tables and the hot weather inside the terminal.
