★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne muy pequeña, papas duras y rancias, si hubiera querido una hamburguesa fea hubiera ido a Mc. Donald’s por la mitad del precio. Cuanto ha bajado la calidad de la cadena desde que llegó a Mexico.
 Very small meat, tough and stale potatoes, if I had wanted an ugly burger I would have gone to Mc. Donald’s for half the price. How much the quality of the chain has dropped since it arrived in Mexico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que trabajan ahí te atienden de mala gana, justifican la falta de refresco con un "Es que ya no tengo de ese" y además no saben preparar una hamburguesa correctamente, por el precio del combo esperaba algo mejor.

La comida tardó 45 minutos en llegar y no solo eso, fui acompañada de otra persona y llegó únicamente su comida, decidimos esperar y ya que no llegaba la mia (cosa que nos extrañaba al haberlo pedido a la vez ambos), decidimos comentarle al compañero si tardaría mucho en salir. Un trato horrible con malas contestaciones y prisas continuas, y encima para solucionar que "el pedido se había extraviado" coge y me saca la hamburguesa que a él le dio la gana para solucionar rápido el problema, que obviamente no coincidía con la que yo había pedido. La comida está bien, pero con este trato la experiencia dejó MUCHO que desear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this place and was impressed, the workers are very friendly and servicial. I got a burger and the portion and fries had the right amount of salt. Clean place they sanitize tables as soon as the customer leaves.
