Sólo una observación acerca de su asistente, es muy grosera y poco interesada en los pacientes, si quisiera que me trataran mal y me pusieran mala cara acudiría al IMSS, la señorita nunca nos saludó, no dió las gracias y mucho menos se despidió, a la hora de cobrar la consulta se puso a enviar audios diciendo que sus datos de la tarjeta de crédito estaban mal que tendría que ir al banco, todo esto mientras nos hacía muecas y movía los ojos como pidiendo que nos fuéramos, creo que sus asuntos personales los puede tratar cuando no tenga paciente enfrente, uno no paga $3 por consulta como para recibir ese trato, unas clases de atención al cliente no le caerían nada mal!! todo esto sucedió ayer por la tarde en el consultorio Hatver.

All of this happened yesterday afternoon at the Hatver office.
