Carlota Guest House - 77600 San Miguel de Cozumel

Service formidable, l'hôte était incroyable et nous a tout facilité pour trouver un autre hôtel. Grande sympathie, je vous conseille vraiment cet hôtel c'est pas cher et c'est de grande qualité. On a pas pu prendre la chambre a cause de Booking mais la propreté du lieu était excellent, très déçu. Je recommande vraiment , la location est idéale. Michael Z.

Superbe emplacement en plein dans le centre et à quelques pas du bord de mer. La déco de la chambre est très jolie, il fait propre et il y a toutes les commodités : air co, ventilateurs, garde robe, etc. Literie très confortable et spacieuse. Personnel sympas et souriant. Rapport qualité prix imbattable, je recommande.

Casa Carlota Cozumel has 4 different rooms and all are airconditioned, nicely furnished, and very clean. One room on the second floor has a king size bed, a private bathroom and a balcony; another on the second floor has a full size bed, private bathroom, and a balcony; third room, on the main floor has a full size bed, and a private bathroom (no balcony); and the fourth room is also on the main floor, has a full size bed, and has a private bathroom just outside of the room. The 2 rooms upstairs share a small kitchenette and rooftop seating. The place is located in an extremely convenient area about 2 blocks from the main plaza/square, many restaurants and shops, and is about 4 blocks from the ferry terminal. One of the (I think) oldest restaurants in town is right across the street and has great breakfast and lunch options at very reasonable prices. The hostess, Leydi is very nice, amazingly helpful, and very responsive. Her partner and boyfriend Cesar, owns and operates an awesome dive shop on the island, and Leydi can put you in touch with the dive shop if you are interested, which I highly recommend. There's also a cute little shop selling sunglasses, Mexican coffee beans, swimsuits, aromatherapy oils, and some local artisan items in the building as well. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable place and experience at very reasonable prices.

Carlota Guest House it's a little gem in the heart of downtown, was so easy to walk everywhere. Leydi our host was always available to give us the best information about how to have a great time during our staying in this beautiful island. We had everything we needed in the room, I will defently stay there in our next trip!!!?

Much more quiet than my usual hotel. Very clean and safe. Located close to many local restaurants and my dive shop. Room has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and a screened patio door, so you have several methods of ventilation and cooling. Shared refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Dining area on back patio, or table and chairs on my private balcony. Purified water provided. I liked the authentic, original front door, which is very secure!

I did not actually stay with them so can't say anything about the accommodation. But I cancelled 15min after I had booked, because another place I had looked at before opened up, so I decided to stay there (should probably have stayed at Carlota instead, the other place left an ambiguous impression..). They were very gracious about it, which you only get from really good people, so 5 stars for this.

We really liked this accommodation! The staff was great and the place was clean and well organized. Also they helped us getting a rental motorbike for a good price. The room was super moldy and smelled reallt bad because of that. It was pretty noisy because the place is located on one of the main roads in the city centre.

Very cool little boutique hotel. Stayed 2 nights and it was very enjoyable. A nice room with a fridge to keep water cold. Upstairs common kitchen and upstairs deck. Coffee in the morning was a really nice touch. A water bottle to fill yours. Tatiana is a sweet lady who made check in easy with us both google translating. Great neighborhood off the main tourist drag. Highly recommended. Just remember to turn the lock three times to secure all of us. Excellent doors in.
