The value for money is good, fast service and the food is delicious. I recommend the very very tasty calf, the only detail is that you have to go to the hotel reception to be able to pay with a card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our first time here while visiting Real del Monte and probably the last. First I don't think it's equipped to handle large parties which we were. Second I think there may have been only two waitresses cause that's all I saw the whole time we were there. The food was served cold. I had Milanese de res and the only good thing was the salad that came with it, the other people at our table had El Plato Huasteco which consisted of Cecina or bistec, your choice and a piece of chorizo, a piece of chicken breast and beans, everything was cold, the only reason we didn't complain was because it took so long to get served in the first place. A member at our table kept asking for his drink which was finally brought to him when he was almost finished eating. It was a Sunday the day after Christmas and this beautiful little town was packed with people from other places, so maybe this was the reason, I don't know, but I won't be back. Next time I'll just wait in line at their numerous restaurants that serve pastes which is which is what this town is known for.
