★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. El servicio es pésimo. Fui la primera vez y un chico me atendió súper bien. Regrese con una amiga para que me peinen y a ella para que la maquillen y peinen. El maquillaje estuvo horrible, no era lo que pidió mi amiga, las pestañas mal pegadas y el delineado chueco. El peinado se suponía era tipo suelto y me dejaron los rizos como de novia. La encargada que atiende, que no se cuál sea su nombre, es súper imprudente, haciendo comentarios sobre el cuerpo de mi amiga, también sobre mi cabello, opiniones que en ningún momento le pedimos. Y para terminar la pésima experiencia se suponía que el peinado era $225 y me terminaron cobrando $400. El paquete de mi amiga era de $495 y le terminaron cobrando $600. Solo porque ya se acercaba la hora del evento no lo reclamamos. Pero definitivamente no volveremos a este lugar.
Terrible. The service is lousy. I went the first time and a guy took great care of me. I went back with a friend to get my hair done and her to get makeup and hair done. The makeup was horrible, it was not what my friend asked for, the badly glued eyelashes and the crooked eyeliner. The hairstyle was supposed to be a loose type and they left me with bridal curls. The manager who attends, I do not know what her name is, is super reckless, making comments about my friend's body, also about my hair, opinions that we never asked her. And to end the bad experience the hairstyle was supposed to be $ 225 and they ended up charging me $ 400. My friend's package was $ 495 and they ended up charging her $ 600. Just because the time of the event was approaching, we did not claim it. But we will definitely not return to this place.
