Pésimo lugar, nada recomendable. A mi me gustan mucho las hamburguesas de estos establecimientos y jamás me había tocado uno con tal mal servicio. Dure aproximadamente media hora formado para hacer mi pedido. El trato del personal era pésimo desde que llegas, las personas no te hablan, gritan. Me toco ver como por lo menos a 5 personas les dieron mal su pedido (incompletos)y los cuales regresaban a reclamar y con esto, haciendo todavía más lenta la atención. Mi pedido, venía mal, pedí una hamburguesa de doble carne y venía con solo una, el pan lo pedí de ajonjolí y me dieron del otro. El personal que estaba recibiendo mercancía de su proveedor, peleándose con el. En teoría la máquina de refrescos no servía y te forzaban a cambiar tu refresco por un fuzze tea, un jugo o una agua, obviamente que la máquina de soda si servía y pedí mi vaso y me lo dieron de mala gana. Mi ticket me lo recogieron y no me dieron oportunidad de pedir mi factura. La verdad, mucho que desear en el servicio. Áreas de oportunidad, enormes. No me gusta quejarrme de los servicios, sin embargo, considero que si no lo hago en este momento, seguramente el servicio seguirá igual y esto sería perjudicial para los usuarios, como para el dueño del negocios.
Terrible place, not recommended. I really like hamburgers from these establishments and I have never had one with such bad service. I took about half an hour formed to place my order. The staff who were receiving merchandise from their supplier, fighting with him. In theory the soda machine did not work and they forced you to change your soda for a fuzze tea, a juice or a water, obviously the soda machine did work and I asked for my glass and they gave it to me reluctantly. My ticket was collected from me and I was not given the opportunity to ask for my invoice. The truth, a lot to be desired in the service. Huge areas of opportunity. I do not like to complain about the services, however, I consider that if I do not do it at this time, surely the service will remain the same and this would be detrimental for users, as well as for the business owner.

Hoy hace unos minutos 27-Jun 20:00 La persona que me atendió en verdad me fue muy agradable, contenta, excelente servicio al cliente, aún y cuando se había terminado casi todo el menú, me atendió como si tuviera de todo, personas así, nos alegran el momento de tan solo ver su buena actitud, si viviera en mi ciudad sin duda le hubiera ofrecido trabajar conmigo. No supe su nombre ni pude decirle esto en persona, felicidades x dar una sonrisa y hacer de ese pequeño momento algo agradable ????

Bastante gente en el lugar, se tiene que hacer una fila para ordenar y afortunado si alcanzas mesa, anteriormente habia conectores en algunas mesas pero las taparon por algun motivo sin embargo este restaurante no se abstiene de las promociones pues me ha tocado que regalan vasos de colección.
