★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La última vez que compré hamburguesas ahí, me pusieron unos pepinillos que ya no estaban frescos. No fue suficiente con retirarlos de mi hamburguesa, porque el olor y el mal sabor del pepinillo se impregnó totalmente en mi hamburguesa. Así que decidí no comerla. Tenía mucha hambre!!!
Por eso bajo el número de estrellas.
Ojalá mejoren! No me gusta esa sucursal.
 The last time I bought burgers there, they gave me some pickles that were no longer fresh. It was not enough to remove them from my burger, because the smell and the bad taste of the pickle totally permeated my burger. So I decided not to eat it. I was very hungry!!!
That's why I lower the number of stars.
I hope they improve! I don't like that branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo amo carls jr , pero esta vez me lleve una decepcion llendo por primera vez a este lugar nuevo; mi hamburguesa fría, mis papas frías todas tiesas, a uno no le gusta comer su comida fría... no tienen aderezos ranchs , despues al rato por el drive-thru se pidió una malteada de chocolate SIN crema y no la dieron con crema, igual la hamburguesa fría ,las papas igual todo mal en este lugar.
I love Carls Jr, but this time I was disappointed going to this new place for the first time; my cold burger, my cold fries all stiff, you don't like to eat your food cold... they don't have ranch dressing, after a while at the drive-thru they asked for a chocolate milkshake WITHOUT cream and they didn't give it with cream, like the cold hamburger, the potatoes like all bad in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La hamburguesa 5 estrellas pero la fila es eterna aún estando lleno solo atiende 1 persona, pedí un helado y me tuve que parar 3 veces a solicitarlo porque no llego con la orden. Además no te llevan servilletas y no hay donde tomar, por lo menos me pare 5 veces para completar toda mi orden...
The hamburger is 5 stars but the line is eternal even when it is full only 1 person attends, I ordered an ice cream and I had to stop 3 times to request it because I did not arrive with the order. Also they don't bring you napkins and there is nowhere to drink, at least I stopped 5 times to complete my entire order...

El único lugar donde tienen variedad de refrescos sin azúcar, aptos para quienes no consumen azúcar.
La atención del personal es muy buena, muy atentos todos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ahora que está en lago real, tienen fallas que no había, pides las hamburguesas como te gustan y te las dan como ellos quieres, ha habido carencia de productos, desde jalapeños hasta tenders; el sabor, la atención muy bien como siempre, ahhh! Ojalá que estén dando los pedidos en el drive thru y no te manden a la vuelta como hace unos días
