★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no pierdan su tiempo, son muy incumplidos, te dan una cita que no cumplen, uno merece un respeto, nunca llegaron a la cita convenida y confirmada. me hicieron perder el tiempo, el mecánico que según llegaría a la cita nunca llego un tal Miguel Angel. con mentiras de que estaba ahí y aunque me contacte por teléfono con el, dijo que estaba en la ubicación y no era cierto, a pesar que se le mando la ubicación vía whats App nunca llego; considero y soy consciente que puedan tener contratiempos pero lo que no es tolerante es el hecho que te mientan de esa forma. con mentiras no se arreglan las cosas, si esa es su política de empresa pues es una muy mala manera de atención y de irresponsabilidad para los clientes.

Lies do not fix things, if that is your company policy then it is a very bad way of care and irresponsibility for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio me pareció excelente, se portaron muy amables y lo mejor de todo fue que revisaron mi auto en media hora más o menos. Después me dieron una oferta y la verdad me gustó que cuando acepté, me llegó el pago a mi cuenta bancaria en un par de horas. ¡Súper recomendable!
I thought the service was excellent, they were very friendly and the best of all was that they searched my car in half an hour or so. Then they gave me an offer and I really liked that when I accepted, the payment reached my bank account in a couple of hours. Super recommended!

Quedaron muy formales de proponer una oferta o definir en un lapso de 72 horas hábiles, es decir el siguiente miércoles. Ese plazo venció hace una semana. Desde entonces nos hemos comunicado en tres ocasiones sin resultado alguno. Precisan que se comunicarán vía telefónica pero no lo hacen, argumentan que llaman y no se responde, pero no se tiene registro de tales llamadas. También tiene correo electrónico pero no se ha recibido ninguno. Pensábamos por lo comentarios que el servicio era más profesional.
We got an appointment online and took a van to the Cuajimalpa facility on a Saturday. They were very formal to propose an offer or define within a period of 72 business hours, that is, the following Wednesday. That deadline expired a week ago.
