★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que esta increíble el nuevo look de la Carmelita, mi papa siempre nos compro nuestros pasteles ahí, y las señoras siempre nos trataban bien, a veces hasta nos regalaban un turronsito, una galletita o algo chiquito. Es una pena que ahora la gente que esta en mostrador no tenga el mismo trato con los clientes. Fui hace unos días y no habían muchos clientes entonces me puse a ver los aparadores, escogiendo lo que me iba a llevar. Le pedi a la dependiente los precios de cada pastel, y muy enfadada me contesto que "si iba a comprar me seguia dando las precios, pero que si no que me saliera" Nunca me habían tratado así, y jamás pensé que me pasaria en un lugar que consideraba parte de mis recuerdos de niña. Me senti muy ofendida, le dije a la señora que era una grosera y que me daba mucha pena que hubieran cambiado a la gente tan amable por señoras como ella, la tipa esa, se enojo y como yo no compre nada, ella que le estaba cobrando a un señor una rebanada de pastel le azoto el cambio en el mostrador. Me parece que deberian de poner camaras para estar pendientes de gente como esta.
 The truth is that this amazing new look of Carmelita is, my dad always bought us our cakes there, and the ladies always treated us well, sometimes they even gave us a nougat, a cookie or something small. It is a shame that now the people who are at the counter do not have the same treatment with customers. I went a few days ago and there were not many customers so I started to look at the sideboards, choosing what was going to take me. I asked the clerk for the prices of each cake, and very angry she replied that "if I was going to buy, she kept giving me the prices, but if it didn't," I had never been treated this way, and I never thought it would happen to me in a place that I considered part of my memories as a child. I felt very offended, I told the lady that she was rude and that I was very sorry that people had been changed so kind by ladies like her, that girl, she got angry and since I did not buy anything, she was Charging a gentleman a slice of cake whipped the change on the counter. It seems to me that they should put cameras to keep an eye on people like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pastelería tiene mucha tradición, tanta que todavía siguen en los 90s donde se ponen tercos para no cobrarte con TDC y te piden una compra minima. Yo prefiero otro lugar y no estarme disgustando por esa pequeñez
The bakery has a lot of tradition, so much so that they are still in the 90s where they get stubborn not to charge you with TDC and ask you for a minimum purchase. I prefer another place and not be upset by that smallness

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La calidad de los productos es buena. Solo una sugerencia, nos sentamos a comer un pan en las mesas que tienen. La señorita paso barriendo levantado todo el polvo. Y trapeo como tres veces lo cual es muy bueno pero con mucho cloro. Creo que también hay que respetar al comensal que consume en el lugar.
The quality of the products is good. Just a suggestion, we sit down to eat bread at the tables they have. The lady passed by sweeping up all the dust. And I mop like three times which is very good but with a lot of chlorine. I think that you also have to respect the diner who consumes in the place.
