★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustan mucho los postres de estas pastelerías, yo soy de Puebla y desde el 2014 que probé estos pasteles me encararon. Así que un en noviembre de 2021, tuve que ir a Oaxaca y paseando por el Mercado Hidalgo me encontré con esta sucursal. La verdad la señorita que atiende es muy agradable y amable, excelente servicio por su parte. He ido dos veces y generalmente encuentro los postres frescos o al menos tienen 1 o 2 días de haberlos hecho. El choux de fresa está exquisito, sin embargo la fecha de caducidad deberían de reducirla a 3 o 5 días, porque las fresas son muy delicadas y se hacen feas en poco tiempo . Las tartaletas de frutos rojos y chocolate están deliciosas, igual el pastel de selva negra es muy rico. El cisne (Choux con duraznos) es delicioso, pero como recomendación igual reducir el tiempo de caducidad, puesto que hay veces que la fruta de almíbar, en este caso el durazno se sabe a humedad y ya no se disfruta.
I really like the desserts of these pastry shops, I am from Puebla and since 2014, when I tried these cakes, they confronted me. So one in November 2021, I had to go to Oaxaca and walking through the Mercado Hidalgo I found this branch. The truth is that the lady who attends is very nice and friendly, excellent service on her part. I've been here twice and usually find the desserts fresh or at least 1-2 days old. The strawberry choux is exquisite, however the expiration date should be reduced to 3 or 5 days, because strawberries are very delicate and turn ugly in a short time. The red fruit and chocolate tartlets are delicious, just as the black forest cake is very rich. The swan (Choux with peaches) is delicious, but as a recommendation, reduce the expiration time, since there are times that the fruit in syrup, in this case the peach, tastes musty and is no longer enjoyed.
