La verdad es que del servicio de salud no tengo mucho que decir ya qué mi mamá estuvo solo un día ahí.
Pero si puedo opinar sobre el servicio administrativo, ya que estoy solicitando la factura de lo que pague por los gastos hospitalarios, la solicite a principios de abril y es la hora que no me pueden dar una fecha estimada o dar alguna razón, ya que se les cayo el sistema, no esta el contador@, lo va a revisar, etc(excusas que me han dado hasta el momento)...
Acabo de marcar y me dicen que en media hora ya tengo la factura en mi correo (pero es lo mismo que me dijeron la semana pasada y que claramente aun no tengo)...
La recepcionista es muy despota y ni siquiera te puede proporcionaron su nombre para saber con quien hablas o te diriges, contesta de mala manera y la atención al cliente después del pago es pésimo!!
