Very nice dresses and very good quality as far as the dress is concerned. What sucks is the work of the seamstress when making the necessary adjustments. My wife and I had a very bad experience because a few months ago my wife went to buy her dress at the store, there she found the perfect dress, the bad thing is that she needed some adjustments and that is where the nightmare began with the bad service of the seamstress not wanting to make some adjustments to the sleeves of the dress, in the end she agreed to make the adjustments but where she did a lousy job was at the bottom of the dress because she had to cut a little so that my wife would not step on it and in the layers from the bottom I only cut a little, apparently because of the type of cut you could say that I cut it drunk but I don't cut it as much as necessary because I leave it a little long and instead of sewing it as a professional would do, she only sewed it in three points different with three stitches each, therefore, stepping on it by accident would break the stitches. For the price of the dress and the facilities of the store we assumed that they would do an excellent job, they had almost two and a half months to do the work, they asked us to spend two weeks before the wedding for the dress and it was. Realizing the lousy job done by the seamstress, we asked them to fix it and they told us that we had to make an appointment with her to adjust it again, but the appointment they gave us was four days before the wedding and that it would take a week to fix it, with the wedding upon us what we had to do was take it with us and my aunt and my friend, without knowing anything about sewing, fixed it for them a few days before the wedding and they did a better job with a scarf and a thread than the one who did the experienced seamstress and all the necessary equipment to get the job done. For the price of the dress we assumed that they would do a very good job and it was quite the opposite. In truth, we were very disappointed with a poorly done job that should not happen in a store with the category and prices that Carmen collection has.
