★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar recién remodelado luce muy agradable. Bueno para descansar un día. La alberca es pequeña pero bonita. Tiene partes descuidadas.
Las instalaciones de camastros serían mejores si su personal no fuera tan ocioso y sólo colocara colchonetas cuando se los piden (por desidia de recojer todo antes de irse). El servicio de alimentos es deplorable, muy caro y no tienen todo lo que el menú oferta. El bar es peor, de su carta de bebidas solo tienen piña colada (de una selección de 20 productos) El servicio y atencion a clientes no es nada proactivo, no se preocupan por un socio que ya les paga membresía.
No merece gastar en este lugar, solo es de paso, una alternativa debido a que esta isla no te da muchas opciones.
Solo si quieres descansar, vives aquí y no quieres salir...
The newly remodeled place looks very nice. Good to rest one day. The pool is small but beautiful. It has neglected parts.
Lounge facilities would be better if your staff were not so idle and only put mats when asked (for the lack of collecting everything before leaving). The food service is deplorable, very expensive and they don't have everything the menu offers. The bar is worse, from their drinks menu they only have pina colada (from a selection of 20 products). Customer service and attention is not proactive, they don't care about a member who already pays them membership.
You do not deserve to spend in this place, it is only by the way, an alternative because this island does not give you many options.
Only if you want to rest, do you live here and do not want to leave ...
