Después de tanto tiempo que fuimos clientes, muy decepcionada. Ojalá cambien eso y en ese aspecto cuiden al cliente cuando tiene la razón. Se vale aceptar que uno se equivoca y se hace lo posible x seguir manteniendo un buen servicio. Abusados
