Pedí a domicilio mdf del chileno para corte laser, y no era el adecuado o no es de la calidad ya que no cortó como otras marcas
La atención de la señorita al inicio bien, pero al momento de su entrega se entrego en no optimas condiciones ( rayado y maltratado)
Nunca me dieron razón de la reposición y lo único que Recibí de su parte fue una disculpa. Nunca se interesaron en remplazarlo.
Lamentable ojala y pudieran mejorar esa comunicación con el cliente.
Very disappointing delivery and product quality.
I ordered mdf from Chile for laser cutting, and it was not the right one or it is not of the quality since it did not cut like other brands
The lady's attention was good at the beginning, but at the time of delivery it was delivered in not optimal conditions (scratched and mistreated)
They never gave me a reason for the replacement and the only thing I received from them was an apology. They were never interested in replacing him.
Unfortunate, hopefully they could improve that communication with the client.
