 The gut is inedible, raw, rancid, you can't eat it, it smells super super bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen lugar excelentes carnes ya sea en platillo o en tacos. Gran variedad de salsas. Servicio regular (muy amables pero lento, quizá muy poco personal y muchas órdenes para llevar)
De preferencia, si es posible, siéntese lo más alejado posible de la parrilla, en caso de que le moleste mucho el calor.
Very good place, excellent meats either on a plate or in tacos. Great variety of sauces. So-so service (very friendly but slow, maybe too few staff and too many takeout orders)
Preferably, if possible, sit as far away from the grill as possible, in case the heat bothers you too much.

Acudí bajo recomendación familiar a probar sus ricas y variadas salsas, todo fue verdad y más, excelente surtido de salsas hechas en casa, tacos deliciosos de tortilla recién hecha de maíz, todo asado al carbón al momento; imperdibles los de peinecillo, costilla y chorizo.
Excelente servicio muy atento y esmerado, el agua de Jamaica deliciosa, para repetir y que queden el el repertorio de los básicos para cenar!
Excellent service, excellent food. I went under family recommendation to try their rich and varied sauces, everything was true and more, excellent assortment of homemade sauces, delicious tacos with freshly made corn tortillas, all charcoal grilled at the moment; unmissable those of peinecillo, rib and chorizo.
Excellent service, very attentive and careful, delicious Jamaican water, to repeat and let the repertoire of basics for dinner remain!
