Las últimas 3 veces que fui me atendieron pésimo. Hasta prepotente me dijeron por que le pedí a una Srita. Que limpiara correctamente la tapadera de un yogurt que quería comprar. Le dijo a su compañera... "Estos influyentes prepotentes creen que uno los tiene que servir" cuando yo se lo había pedido correctamente y por favor.
Otro día sacaron a mi hermano que por que solo tenía que entrar 1 persona por familia. Eso lo entendí, pero cuando le dije... "Que bueno que nos cuidan así, pero les falta poner antibacterial en la entrada y tapete, así como que el personal se ponga cubre Bocas y los que traen que se los pongan correctamente" Muy amable me contesto.. eso es problema de nosotros.
Antier fue la última vez que fui y no pude pagar en efectivo que por que ellas no tenían cambio. Cuando les pregunte cómo lo iban a solucionar, me dijeron que si quería llevar las cosas que llevara cambio. Que yo tenía que llevar dinero para pagar.
Me dio un coraje!!!!!
Se que son una empresa muy grande y que no necesitan un cliente que les compre 800 o 1000 pesos por semana y menos si prefiere cambiar de sucursal; Pero creo que es importante que cuiden ese tipo de acciones de sus empleados.

Antier was the last time I went and I couldn't pay in cash because they had no change. When I asked them how they were going to solve it, they told me that if I wanted to take the things that I would take change. That I had to bring money to pay.
It gave me courage !!!!!
