Los nombres de los cortes son argentinos, mexicanos, norteamericanos y hasta inventados, como esta “cabrería San Miguel” que es el extremo del rib eye con más tapa o ceja.
Very friendly, they have things that I can't find in other places, like beef sweetbreads, New York mutton, marrow, and others.
